Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Specialist (Reproductive Healthcare)

Upstream USA is seeking a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Specialist to support monitoring, evaluation, and learning activities in close collaboration with practice transformation teams. The MEL Specialist will collect and analyze program implementation data, EHR-constructed measures, and other data to inform organizational strategy and improve contraceptive care access.

Requirements

• Develop tools, analyses, and reports to support initiative-wide monitoring and evaluation efforts
• Collect, analyze, and interpret program and EHR-derived data
• Become a power user of Upstream data platforms
• Coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders
• Synthesize results for program improvement and reporting purposes
