As Uptalent.io’s Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, acquiring clients, and executing strategies to drive revenue growth. You’ll focus on both outbound and inbound initiatives, independently creating and managing efforts that generate leads and turn prospects into long-term clients.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or growth-focused roles in B2B services, with a strong record of driving client acquisition.
- Hands-on experience with outbound strategies, including prospecting, cold outreach, and relationship building.
- Ability to create and execute inbound strategies, such as content creation, email campaigns, and lead nurturing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers and build lasting relationships.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using CRM systems to track and manage pipelines.
- Self-motivated and capable of independently developing and executing growth strategies in a remote-first environment.
