As Uptalent.io’s Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, acquiring clients, and executing strategies to drive revenue growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or growth-focused roles in B2B services, with a strong record of driving client acquisition.
- Hands-on experience with outbound strategies, including prospecting, cold outreach, and relationship building.
- Ability to create and execute inbound strategies, such as content creation, email campaigns, and lead nurturing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers and build lasting relationships.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using CRM systems to track and manage pipelines.
- Self-motivated and capable of independently developing and executing growth strategies in a remote-first environment.
