Requirements
- Proven experience as a Head of Business Development, Sales Director, or similar role in a B2B setting
- Deep understanding of sales principles, with a blend of strategic and analytical abilities
- Strong leadership skills to guide teams and drive initiatives forward
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; Master's degree preferred
