We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to support our outbound growth efforts targeting civil engineering firms across the U.S. This role is focused on researching, engaging, and qualifying potential clients to build a consistent pipeline of high-quality sales conversations.
Requirements
- Research and identify civil engineering and land development firms in the U.S.
- Build and manage accurate, high-quality lead lists
- Execute outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone
- Qualify prospects and schedule meetings with key decision-makers (owners, principals)
- Communicate value propositions clearly using industry-relevant language
- Track outreach activity and pipeline performance in CRM tools
- Continuously optimize messaging and targeting based on results
- Fully fluent English (written and spoken)
- Proven experience in outbound lead generation, appointment setting, or business development
- Strong understanding of B2B sales and prospecting processes
- Ability to conduct targeted research and identify qualified prospects
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable engaging with U.S.-based clients
