Requirements
- Research and identify civil engineering and land development firms in the U.S.
- Build and manage accurate, high-quality lead lists
- Execute outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone
- Qualify prospects and schedule meetings with key decision-makers (owners, principals)
- Communicate value propositions clearly using industry-relevant language
- Track outreach activity and pipeline performance in CRM tools
- Continuously optimize messaging and targeting based on results
