Remote Bookkeeper - US Real Estate / Property Management Industry

Our client is a growing real estate investment company seeking an experienced bookkeeper/accountant to manage financial records, provide accurate financial reports, and assist with construction cost tracking.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience.
• Prior experience working remotely as a bookkeeper or accountant for a U.S. firm is preferred.
• Prior experience with real estate asset management and/or real estate investment firms.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Google Sheets.
• Strong understanding of cash flow management, A/P reporting, and financial reconciliation.
• Experience with construction cost tracking and development projects is preferred.
• Familiarity with Asana or similar project management tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
