Job Description
Urban Alchemy is hiring a Practitioner, Guest Services to provide outstanding care and customer service to guests at Agape House in Santa Fe, NM. The position involves creating a warm and welcoming environment, maintaining safety and order, and providing information, referrals, and support to guests.
Requirements
- Conduct intake with new guests and provide an orientation to the site and community guidelines
- Check personal belongings and coordinate guest placements within the site location
- Distribute and coordinate basic needs items and services for guests
- Effectively communicate information about on-site services and amenities
- Provide information and referrals to services in the community
