Server Assistant

Requirements

• Prior experience as a busser or server assistant preferred
• Prior experience in upscale or fine dining hospitality preferred, but not required.
• Strong work ethic, sense of urgency, and ability to anticipate the needs of both guests and team members.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Neat appearance and professional demeanor in line with Club standards.
• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods, lift up to 40 lbs, and move quickly during service.
• Willingness to learn and grow within a service-driven environment.
