Job Description
At Urbantz, we are looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to manage our customer portfolio and grow our key enterprise accounts. The successful candidate will proactively partner with customers to optimize their platform engagement and facilitate smooth last-mile operations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in customer-facing functions
- Perfectly fluent in German, and English
- Substantial experience in SaaS and understanding of IT solutions / API integrations
- Executive presence in front of senior stakeholders
- Outstanding customer management skills
- Exceptional communication capabilities
