Job Description
The Residential Specialist is responsible for providing direct service provision to residents at Urban Resource Institute (URI). The role involves supporting clients with daily activities, developing and achieving life goals, and maintaining a safe and clean living/working environment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma with at least 1 year experience in a residential shelter
- Familiarity with DHS regulations and DHS Cares Reporting preferred
- Ability to work with a diverse population and provide culturally sensitive services
