Patient Service Representative

Patient Service Representative will greet patients, obtain accurate information, and act as a liaison between the patient, Practice staff, and physicians. Responsibilities include checking-in patients, assisting with insurance verification, collecting co-payments, and maintaining an accurate cash box.

Requirements

• 2+ years of medical office experience
• Customer service experience in a healthcare environment
• Basic knowledge of insurance plans, including Medicare & Medicaid
• Proficiency in computer software use, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
