Patient Service Representative

Patient Service Representative will greet patients, check-in patients, obtain accurate information, and assist with various tasks in a collaborative team-driven approach in an innovative, quality-driven, community-based setting.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years medical office experience, preferably in a surgical practice
• Customer service experience in a healthcare environment preferred
• Basic knowledge of insurance plans, including Medicare & Medicaid
• Proficiency in computer software use, including Word, Excel and Outlook
