Job Description
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is responsible for leading and executing all operational functions across UCA, ensuring efficient, scalable, and financially aligned operations.
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of healthcare operations leadership, preferably in multi-site physician groups
- Experience in patient access, call center operations, and revenue cycle integration
- Strong data-driven and performance management experience
- Excellent leadership, communication, and management skills
- Master’s degree in healthcare administration (MHA), Business Administration (MBA), or related field
- Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE)
- Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE)
- Process Improvement / Execution (Lean Six Sigma – green belt or black belt)
