Requirements
- Master's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or other related discipline
- Prior experience as a Chief Operating Officer
- A minimum of 10 years of healthcare experience, with five years of executive leadership within a hospital
- Proven leadership within a matrixed organizational structure
- Prior engagement in service line operations, including program development and expansion
- Proven experience in physician relations and practice management
