Job Description
The Avionics Design Manager will lead an integrated product team responsible for delivering avionics hardware, software, and mechanical solutions for launch vehicles and spacecraft. The team will provide technical support and oversight for subcontracted AV hardware.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering
- 7+ years of engineering experience designing/developing electronic systems and assemblies
- 3+ years leading teams of engineers in electronics design/development efforts to field integrated hardware-software products
- Proven leadership experience, preferably in the Aerospace and Defense industry
- Must be a US Person with ability to perform work subject to ITAR/EAR regulations and/or program requirements
- Ability to obtain Department of Defense Security Clearance
