The Avionics Project Engineer will own the day-to-day planning and execution of avionics work, ensuring resources, materials, and priorities are aligned to program need dates and production schedules.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Aerospace, or a related technical field or equivalent relevant experience
- Experience working in aerospace, defense, or other highly regulated manufacturing environments
- Strong planning, organization, and prioritization skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and programs
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and evolving program needs
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work respectfully and effectively
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, planning tools, and basic project tracking systems
