Requirements
- Identify marketing opportunities and represent Trans Ova at industry events
- Develop annual Key Account plans with the Regional Business Manager and Commercial Operations Team
- Deliver long-term, consultative solutions that integrate Trans Ova services into dairy clients' operations
- Support Regional Business Managers in creating reproductive and genetic strategies
- Use a consultative sales approach to assess client needs and build trust
- Collaborate with Marketing and the Sales Director on client profiling and relationship-building efforts
- Coordinate team-based selling activities and ensure consistent follow-up with key accounts
- Serve as the regional dairy expert and deliver impactful educational presentations
