Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Clerical and Administrative Support Specialist to support the SAF/FM in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Provide day-to-day clerical and administrative support
- Maintain a thorough understanding of SAF/FM’s mission and objectives
- Prepare, edit, and format correspondence and documents
- Plan and coordinate meetings and events
- Maintain calendars and schedules
- Manage files and records
- Serve as a point of contact for phone calls and visitors
- Communicate and coordinate with government and contractor executives
