Job Description

We have an immediate opening for a Medical Assistant/Patient Services Representative to join our team at Shady Grove Fertility in Washington, DC. In this role, you will perform high volume of phlebotomy, assist with clinical care of fertility patients, and provide patient/couple counseling.
Requirements
- Strong phlebotomy skills required
- High School diploma; Associates degree preferred
- Completion of a formal MA program
- Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
