Requirements
- 7+ years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing or operations environments.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable results and driving operational performance.
- Strong experience leading and developing diverse teams in a plant setting.
- Deep understanding of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, TPM, TRACC, etc.).
