The Senior Director for Partner Activation and Acceleration Team is a people manager role where you will lead a small team of individual contributors aligned to partnerships within the United States. This role is pivotal in acting as a valued business partner for the sales organization and for providing a consistent and positive experience for partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Accounting/Finance, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years' experience in partnerships, alliances, deal desk, business development or related roles, preferably within enterprise software.
- 8+ years of team leadership and management, including executive-level engagement.
- Strong customer-facing skills.
- Proven ability to build and scale successful partner mechanisms or processes that drive revenue growth.
- Experience working in global, matrixed organizations and driving transformation initiatives.
- Keen interest in AI technologies and proficiency in using AI tools in the workplace.
- Skilled at conflict resolution and problem-solving to achieve win-win outcomes.
- Resourceful and highly organized self-starter with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and operate successfully in a complex, dynamic, fast paced, highly collaborative, and continuously evolving environment.
