Job Description
Thomson Reuters is seeking a Manager, Corporate Development to drive and execute the Company's M&A initiatives, working closely with senior members of the team to assist with the management of transactions throughout all stages.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred
- 5+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Private Equity
- Ability to quickly gain extensive knowledge of Thomson Reuters' strategy, markets and competitive landscape
- Exceptional financial modeling, analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
- Ability to take charge of identifying information sources, gathering, and interpreting data, executing analysis, and presenting findings
- Comfortable in dynamic fast-paced environment and able to multitask
- Excellent verbal and written communicator with the ability to condense complex topics into clear digestible content to a broad audience, including senior management
- Customer relationship management skills and strong focus on delivering results
- Strong team player with experience of working with virtual teams from different functions/regions
