Benefits Advisor Lead - Health & Wellness Benefits

The Benefits Advisor Lead - Health & Wellness Benefits role will oversee the design, implementation, and ongoing management of our comprehensive employee Health and Wellness benefits programs.

Requirements

• 8 years of experience in employee/retiree benefits
• Financial analysis, performance metric development, health and welfare, defined benefit and defined contribution plans, wellness and work life experience
• Experience with benefits supplier contract management, regulatory compliance and day-to-day operations
• Extensive project management experience
