Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Manager to lead our Business Intelligence Analysts and Product Owners within the USANA Data team, providing mentorship, technical guidance, and hands-on development in the Microsoft Power Platform and Tableau.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in business intelligence, data visualization, and dashboard/report development
- 4+ years of hands-on experience designing and developing in Tableau
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform
- 2+ years of experience leading, mentoring, or managing technical staff
- Strong SQL and understanding of data warehousing, dimensional modeling, and ETL/ELT
