Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Specialist

The Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Specialist performs accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, collections, and reporting. The role is 75% Accounts Payable and 25% Accounts Receivable.

Requirements

• AAS or higher degree in accounting preferred or equivalent experience
• 5 - 7 years' experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
• Experience in SAP a plus
