Usercentrics is seeking a RevOps GTM Engineer to shape the future of privacy with data privacy and privacy-led marketing solutions. The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, with a proven track record of building and scaling GTM tooling and workflows in a high-growth environment.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years in B2B SaaS in roles such as GTM Engineer, RevOps Systems/Technology or Growth Engineering
- Proven experience building and scaling GTM tooling and workflows in a high-growth environment
- Deep fluency in modern B2B Saas GTM tech stack incl. AI-native GTM platforms (e.g. Clay)
- Strong practical experience in building and shipping AI agents and AI automations in production workflows
- Comfortable with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) and automation platforms (Make, n8n, Zapier or similar)
- Good understanding of product-led growth and sales-led growth GTM processes to design workflows that teams will actually use
- Strong bias to shipping: iterating fast, measuring impact and continuously improving
- Excellent stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams
