Senior Game Designer - Mobile Games (Systems, UX & LiveOps)

UserWise is building a high-speed, AI-assisted game production team focused on developing and scaling mobile games globally. We're looking for a Senior Game Designer to design systems that ship, scale, and perform.

Requirements

• Design and refine core gameplay loops, systems, and features
• Own player experience across UX, progression, and retention
• Own economy design and monetization systems
• Translate product goals into clear, production-ready designs
• Work closely with product, engineering, art, and QA to ship features quickly
• Use AI-assisted tools to iterate on design and content faster
• Continuously improve gameplay based on data and player behavior
