The Producer/Broker role at USG Insurance Services involves soliciting, underwriting, marketing, and securing coverage for business enterprises within the excess and surplus lines marketplace. The successful candidate will engage directly with independent Property and Casualty Retail Agents, building relationships and negotiating terms to cultivate a profitable book of business.
Requirements
- 3 years of wholesale broker/MGA or carrier experience, excess & surplus lines preferred
- P&C License required, E&S License preferred
- Strong knowledge and experience of property and casualty insurance
- Experience in sales and marketing techniques
- Ability to learn new programs and applications
