As a Producer/Broker, you will engage directly with independent Property and Casualty Retail Agents to solicit, underwrite, and secure coverage for business enterprises within the excess and surplus lines marketplace. You will develop relationships with retail insurance agents and build a profitable book of business.
Requirements
- 3 years of wholesale broker/MGA or carrier experience
- Sales driven 'people person' with strong communication skills
- Energetic, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a team environment
- Strong knowledge of property and casualty insurance
- P&C License required, E&S License preferred
