The uShip Sales team is seeking a versatile and highly motivated Account Executive to drive new business and partner with retailers shipping large and complex household items through our In-Home Delivery (IHD) white-glove solution.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in full-cycle B2B sales (SaaS, logistics, or related industry preferred)
- Proven ability to close new business with minimal oversight
- Experience managing both inbound and outbound sales motions
- Strong prospecting skills with the ability to build pipeline independently
- Ability to engage and influence senior-level stakeholders
- Experience working cross-functionally in a collaborative environment
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with attention to detail
- High level of initiative, adaptability, and problem-solving ability
- Ability to balance structure in the sales process with flexibility in a growing program
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
- Startup or small business experience is a plus
