The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will lead hiring managers through the full lifecycle of recruiting for professional, technical, scientific, and administrative positions. The role involves deep partnership with business leaders and hiring managers to effectively source, recruit, evaluate, interview, and select top talent. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated understanding of USP's mission, commitment to excellence, and ability to quickly build credibility with stakeholders.
Requirements
- Master's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from a business school
- 10 years of professional recruiting experience, including leadership and strategic project experience
- Demonstrated full-lifecycle recruitment experience working in corporate or agency environments
- Experience in cold calling, candidate development, and directly sourcing candidates from a variety of media
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Experience in behavioral and/or competency-based interviewing techniques
- Advanced ability to understand complex requirements and effectively communicate with hiring managers and candidates
- Strong partnership and relationship building skills
- Ability to help build a pipeline of diverse candidates to achieve DEIB goals
- Excellent time management, communication, and project management skills
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong technology orientation and skills related to social networking, sourcing techniques
