Job Description
The Certified General / Commercial Appraiser: Valuation Analyst will estimate the market value of commercial real property for taxation purposes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with state mandates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Five (5) years of appraisal work experience, including two (2) years as a Certified General Appraiser
- Certification as Certified General Appraiser with the Utah State Department of Commerce
- Ad Valorem General Appraiser designation with the Utah State Tax Commission or obtaining said designation within twenty-four (24) months of employment
