Job Description
The Patient Services Coordinator III schedules patients for outpatient clinic appointments, verifies eligibility, and ensures pre-authorizations and referrals are obtained. Communicates effectively with clinic staff, visitors, and resolves conflicts independently.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year of clerical experience in medical office setting
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
- Excellent customer service skills
- Background of insurance knowledge
