Patient Services Coordinator III

The Patient Services Coordinator III schedules and registers patients for the outpatient clinic, verifies patient eligibility, and obtains pre-authorizations and referrals as necessary. The role requires excellent customer service skills, knowledge of basic medical terminology, and proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1 year of clerical experience in medical office setting required
• Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing
• Excellent customer service skills
