Pre-Sales Engineer

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of SaaS Product sale engineering experience
• Previous experience with BCM / CEM / BCP / Mass Notifications or Incident Management softwares
• Ability to give product demonstrations as per customer requirements
• Experience in working with close collaboration with Sales Teams
• Helping sales teams in preparing responses to RFP with technical details
• Working with the product development team in understanding new features and providing feedback or challenges identified during client demos
• Collaborated with marketing, technical, and project management teams to ensure client satisfaction
• Experience in using CRM tools
