HR Generalist

UWorld is seeking a motivated and passionate HR Specialist to manage HR functions, including employee leave & attendance management, training coordination, and HR operations.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration
• 3 - 5 years of experience in HR operations or HR generalist roles
• Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices
• Experience working with HRMS platforms (preferably KEKA)
• Good understanding of end-end employee lifecycle
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of employment and labor laws
• Experience handling PF/PT and statutory compliance is preferred
