Bi-Lingual Legal Assistant / Paralegal (Personal Injury)

Our client is looking for an experienced legal assistant or paralegal who is passionate about helping injured clients get the help they need. In this role, you will be responsible for providing initial analysis regarding the viability of a case and conveying the benefits of representation to prospective clients.

Requirements

• Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents
• Assist attorneys in scheduling and preparing for depositions, mediations, and trials
• Obtain, organize, and maintain medical records, imaging, bills, and other materials for client cases
• Electronically file legal documents in Illinois State Courts
• Correspond effectively with opposing counsel, experts, witnesses, and clients
• Provide support during legal proceedings, including coordinating case schedules, and ensuring compliance with deadlines
