Job Description
The Operations Development Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the strategy, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of training and development programs within a Manufacturing/Depot Repair environment.
Requirements
- Provide leadership, direction, and support to the Operations Development team
- Design, implement, and evaluate comprehensive training strategies
- Ensure best practices in training delivery
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness
- Prepare and manage the training department’s annual budget
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
