Job Description
V2X is seeking a Project Engineer I to join our team in Indianapolis, IN. The Project Engineer will support the development of various air-based systems, working across disciplines to support the development of technical solutions and leading the development of project plans and schedules.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
- Systems Engineering knowledge – Requirements Management, IV&V experience, and life cycle management of projects.
- Demonstrated problem solving skills.
- Ability to create and maintain project plans.
- Ability to Monitor and measure performance of the project.
- Ability to become proficient in Earned Value Management (EVM).
- Ability to gain or current US Government Secret Security Clearance.
- US Citizenship required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, and Windows.
- Proficient with Microsoft Project and scheduling practices.
- Basic understanding of reading and comprehending drawings, specifications, and other technical information.
