Applications Architect 2 for HHSC state owned Genesys CX3 CCaaS Cloud solution.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in Telecommunication with Contact Center Technologies
- Deep knowledge of Inbound and Outbound call routing
- Experience with Genesys Architecture and Integration of various channels into Genesys
- Experience with Genesys PureCloud Contact Center and AppFoundry integrations
- Genesys on prem to cloud migration experience required
