Welder/P&D Shop Technician

Väderstad is looking for a motivated Prototype Fabricator to join their hands-on team building custom prototypes and equipment. The role involves assembling, fabricating, and testing one-off or small-run projects using various skills including metal fabrication, welding, wiring, hydraulics, and operating CNC equipment.

Requirements

• Grade 12
• Experience with welding
• Familiarity with metal fabrication, assembly, wiring, or hydraulics
• Prior operation of CNC plasma, press brake, or similar machinery
• Knowledge of basic electrical/hydraulic principles
• Experience reading blueprints or schematics
