Summer Camp Counselor

Come work and play in the mountains! Whether it’s your first-time seeing snow or you were born on the slopes, joining our team means discovering (or re-discovering!) a passion for the outdoors while building lifelong connections with teammates and guests from around the world.

Requirements

• Plan and lead day camp activities, ensuring a fun and safe experience for children ages 5-14
• Transport children from Camp CB to activity locations.
• Maintain a high level of organization, with thorough planning and flexibility to adapt as needed.
• Demonstrated physical fitness and stamina to actively participate in outdoor activities such as climbing, hiking, biking, and other adventure pursuits.
• Exhibit self-motivation and initiative, taking on responsibilities without constant supervision.
• Foster teamwork and collaboration, both within the day camp team and with other resort departments.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with campers, parents, and colleagues.
• Maintain a positive and can-do attitude, contributing to a supportive and uplifting camp environment.
