Job Description

Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in childcare, youth programming, summer camps, or a related field required
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred
- Experience working with children ages 5–14 in a structured program or outdoor setting preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with staff, parents, and guests
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Current CPR/AED and First Aid certification required (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
- High level of attention to safety, risk management, and guest experience
