We are seeking a Scrum Master to guide an interdisciplinary software and functional development team within a scaled agile environment and promote a trust-based and open team culture.
Requirements
- Experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach is welcome but not mandatory
- Strong interest in agile working methods and team collaboration
- Ability to work with digital tools such as Jira, Polarion, or comparable platforms
- Good communication skills in German and English
- Experience in moderating groups or supporting team processes
