Scrum Master

As a Scrum Master, lead an interdisciplinary team of programmers and functional analysts in an agile environment, promoting a team culture based on trust and openness. Support the product owner, identify and remove obstacles, and contribute to improving cooperation and processes between teams.

Requirements

• Strong interest in agile methods and effective teamwork
• Curiosity, desire to learn, and openness to change
• Affinity for digital tools such as Jira, Polarion, or similar platforms
• Experience in moderating groups or supporting team processes
• Good sense of team dynamics and ability to provide constructive and respectful feedback
• Fluency in German and English
