Cold Outreach Specialist (English/Spanish) - LATAM

We're looking for a motivated, results-driven professional with cold-calling experience to connect bilingual professionals from Latin America with global clients. As a Cold Outreach Specialist, you'll add leads to CRM, make dials, and follow up to book appointments.

Requirements

• Fluent English (C1/C2) and Spanish
• 1+ years of cold-calling and outbound appointment setting experience
• B2B sales experience (preferred)
• Proficiency with CRM (Hubspot) and prospecting tools
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Quiet home office, stable internet (≥ 10 Mbps down / 2 Mbps up), and backup connection
