Valatam is hiring an Operations Assistant (Fully Remote) to help clients coordinate projects, manage operational tasks, and ensure smooth workflows. The role involves documentation, data entry, email management, research, and communication. The ideal candidate has 1-5 years of experience in operations or project assistance, proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- Document processes and maintain accurate records
- Upload and organize files in Google Drive
- Perform data entry and internal reporting tasks
- Manage emails and communication with clients and vendors
- Support research and document handling
- Fluent English (C1/C2) and Spanish
- 1 – 5 years of experience in operations or project assistance
- Experience with Asana, Notion, Trello, or similar
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
