Director, Revenue FP&A

Valenz is looking for a Director, Revenue FP&A to own the company's revenue planning, forecasting, and performance management processes. The role involves building and maintaining driver-based models, translating pipeline activity into clear financial outcomes, and serving as the primary revenue partner to Sales, Revenue Operations, and Executive Leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 12+ years of experience in FP&A or commercial finance, with significant ownership of revenue forecasting and planning
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing and developing high-performing teams
• Proven experience operating in complex revenue environments with multiple products, service lines, and interdependent revenue streams
