Valenz is seeking a Manager, Provider Analytics to lead a team responsible for provider data accuracy, structure, and usability. The role blends people leadership, hands-on technical expertise, and strategic thinking to drive data integrity and improve processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of analytics experience
- At least 2 years in a leadership or mentorship capacity
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience
- Strong experience working with provider and medical claims data
- Advanced SQL skills and working knowledge of Python
- Proven ability to translate complex data into clear insights
- Excellent communication skills
